Your role at SKE
  • Analyze and recognize market potential for Service Sales Solutions focused on complex C&I and utility solutions
  • Develop roadmap to set up an internal organization to address those customers’ needs including possible gains and necessary investments
  • Define fully digitalized workflow from offer process to billing and lead its implementation
  • Lead implementation of this new additional segment of service incl. offer planning, pricing planning, administrational set up in supply chain and assignment of IT resources
  • Active sourcing for potential partners in Austria and internationally
  • Become preferred point of contact for our existing and future customers when it comes to service solutions
  • Develop and maintain the interface to international sales/supply chain/service and partner teams defining the collaboration model and related data interface
  • Train and supervise a team of Commissioning- and Service-Engineers in site solutions analysis, pre-commissioning and related communications internally and externally
  • Collect requirements, define the demanded equipment and tooling and manage its international toll-out 
  • Manage the international Commissioning Experts within the service execution and derive proper KPI-, result-, and sales-reporting incl. improvement proposals 
What will help you succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree or completed HTL in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Solid experience in photovoltaic systems, inverters, energy storage
  • Excellent communication and project management skills 
  • Experience working with grid operators (advantage)
  • Expertise in technical support, preferably in the photovoltaic industry (advantage)
  • German and Englisch knowledge Level B2 required

  • An attractive monthly salary starting from € 5,000.00 gross (38.5 hours/week). Additional experience & qualifications are valued and will be discussed personally with you.
