Your role at SKE

Provide technical support to customers (technical staff, EPCs, PV installers) and SKE partners for all issues related to the Huawei photovoltaic product portfolio and C&I and Utility PV system solutions
Support the sales team, customers, and partners with C&I- and Utility-specific solution designs and system scenarios
Handle technical support requests for C&I and Utility projects, including logging, tracking, and documentation in the ticket system
Perform initial analysis and troubleshooting of C&I and Utility PV system failures, and communicate solutions to customers and partners
Provide technical support during on-site commissioning, e.g. of inverters, central inverters, and battery or energy storage solutions for C&I and Utility applications
Act as a technical point of contact at customer events and trade fairs, with a focus on C&I and Utility photovoltaic solutions

What will help you succeed

Completed electrical engineering education (apprenticeship, technical college)
Relevant professional experience in the field of photovoltaics or renewable energies or on-site experience in the electrical engineering field
Fluent knowledge of Croatian
Great knowledge of English, other languages are welcomed (e.g. Bulgarian, Greek, Romanian, German)
Strong communication skills, solution-oriented thinking and ability to work in a team are required
