Your mission

  • Provide expert technical consulting to internal teams and external partners during the pre-sales phase.
  • Lead the design and engineering of Photovoltaic (PV) and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for Utility and C&I (Commercial & Industrial) projects.
  • Present tailored technical solutions to prospective clients and closely collaborate with the Sales team to finalize project proposals.
  • Conduct professional project design trainings for customers and EPC partners, and deliver hands-on, onsite training during commissioning.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the Field Service team with technical insights during the commissioning phase.
  • Serve as the primary focal point for utility team and key accounts, fostering cross-regional alignment, trust, and long-term partnerships.
  • Continuously streamline operational workflows and share best practices to drive efficiency and internal improvements.
  • Actively represent the company as a technical expert at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

What will help you succeed

  • Degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a closely related technical field.
  • Deep understanding of renewable energies, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and grid technologies.
  • Strong track record in designing and engineering Utility or C&I Photovoltaic (PV) and BESS projects.
  • Solid project management skills with experience working alongside cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, engineering, certification).
  • Highly structured and solution-oriented approach, complemented by excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and/or German, along with practical proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and MS Teams).
